One channel or multiple channels?
"No Program Name" appears frequently for ALL channels listed on Fios TV guide. The guide lists the channel source like ABC, NBC, etc. and the channel number but, where the Program is to be listed the "No Program Name" appears. Happening way too often.
If you have more than 1 stb, does it happen on all?
are you using Verizon router?
Have you rebooted router?
Could be a bad router or coax going to the stb. If its on all stb then probably router.
