No surround sound with CBS

Hi Verizon, no surround sound with channel 503. All other channels work.

Could be the particular program did not support surround. You could also try powercycling system including your router and see if it helps. Or try here and see if the issue clears up:

Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Fix FiOS TV Issues
