On Demand not Charging per episode - Switching Services ASAP

I tried to finish watching an episode of Married to Medicine on Bravo this morning and Verizon is trying to charge me $2.99!!!!! I was able to access it yesterday afternoon, but had to stop it when kids came home. How can Verizon justify charging for content that I have already paid for? My monthly bill is close to $300 per month and now I'm going to have to pay extra for TV shows that I may have missed!!! That should be included free of charge (one of the selling points for selecting Verizon in the first place) because I am paying for the content on these channels in my monthly bill!!! Spending the day looking at other provider options.

Verizon decided to charge us twice and they created this monstrosity interface so they could do just that.

Neither CROB or any of other CL's are paid.  The info we give is correct to the best of our knowledge.  Verizon is telling us, and I haven't seen anything to the contrary, that for other then movies offered by Verizon own service, all VOD from other channels are pay or free depending on the channel provider.

During the switchover people were checking on the old interface and the new and able to find the same free episodes.  The big complaint with the new interface was it pushing of the pay version before the free version when multilple sources existed.  They are suppose to be or have corrected that.

Note I am sold to Frontier customer and our interface is more like the old VOD interface, but has much fewer shows available.  Often not any of the previous seasons of shows available and sometimes only a few of the most current episodes.
