On Demand series cutoff early in Binge mode skips to next episode

Just watched Belgravia On Demand but it looks like Binge mode cuts off each episode about 5 minutes early and skips to the next episode.  There is a thread on here from 2019 to 2023 talking about this problem with lots of tickets opened but never a fix.  That thread was closed on 1/13/2023 but the problem is still happening.

There is a crude workaround.  A message shows up when it's about to skip to the next episode.  If you are paying attention, notice the warning, and hit EXIT within the 10 seconds of the message, it will complete the episode.  Otherwise it will skip to the next episode and you need to loop back around and try to skip up to the proper spot and try again. 

It's strange that this problem is still occurring after over 3 years and lots of complaints.

They had a fix in place for a while, but something seems to have reverted back to what is happening now. Support is aware of the problem and are working on it again. You found their temporary workaround.

I have the same problem, was trying to watch back issues of "Ghost" on CBS and it cuts off the last five minutes of the end of the program, unless you're watching the screen and able to hit continue when the message pops up. I then went back to try to watch the end of the program, but you can't start it where you want to pick up, you have to watch it FROM THE START all over again, without the ability to fast forward through what you've seen.  This is so frustrating and another "con" for staying with Verizon Fios...yes, I'm keeping track.
