I have a new P265 remote which pairs to my Samsung TV fine. Volume / Power / AV buttons work. But it will not control anything else (STB buttons). Searched around, haven’t found steps to actually pair to the Fios STB. Tried resetting remote a few times. Am I missing something basic not in the instructions? (I have an old remote that still works with the STB).

The P265 is an Ir only remote. If you have the newer fios One or Fios + boxes you have to remember the P265 is line-of-sight ONLY. The commends should work fine with the Fios boxes, just remember to push the STB button on top to have the remote send commands for the STB. The P265 doesn't actually "pair" to the box. It has built in commands for it.
