PAC 12 network is offered by your competition, and I would like verizon to add it to FIOS asap!

can you tell me when this will happen?

Let me make this very simple & clear; either get PAC 12 Network or lose my Fios service, cellular, home phone and Internet accounts. Got it?

Got it.  Goodbye.  Enjoy your cable and/or dish.

Come On VERIZON get it together. We sports fans need the PAC12 network. I too will be switching if it is not added soon.

Get the deal with Pac-12 Network done Verizon!  Football season starts in a month!  Don't force us to miss another Pac-12 Sports season!

We are going on two years now with no Pac 12 network. UCLA and USC football are starting up at the end of August. Let's get this deal done. Verizon customers in Orange and L.A. county want to watch their teams in their own homes. Get a deal done soon!

Just received email from Ben Grad, Director of Content Strategy & Acquisition @FIOS.  NO Deal.  And it doesn't look like they are going to even pursue it any more.

They don't seem to care.

Why are they all of a sudden saying that they are not interested and they seem to not care?

Jon Wilner made it sound like once a deal with Uverse is announced, the pressure will be on them.  Apparently not?

I've emailed Ben Grad as well, and hopefully this will help with some of the pressure, but if they don't care, maybe not.

Fios is falling way behind its competitors. Don't know why they can't step up and add the pac12 network

Come on Verizon. Please, this is so painful! You've added Fox Sports 1 and 2, so time to get it done with PAC 12. Your customers want this!!!!

They didn't exactly add FOX Sports 1 &2.  Instead Fox renamed two existing channels and Verizon continued to carry them.

This is the reply from Ben Grad to my email...

{edited for privacy}

I'm not going to post his email on a public forum as the mods will delete it anyway but it's not hard to find on Google.  I don't understand how an inferior product like cable can carry this network and FIOS can't.  So frustrating...

As a UCLA graduate and recent California transplant to DC, please add the Pac-12 Networks!

Thank you!

We are fast approaching the start of another college football season with no Pac 12 Network.  It would be nice to at least get a response from Fios to understand if they are working on an agreement at all or if we should look elsewhere for our service.

You guys would be better off just ditching Fios. I loved Fios and my alternative is Cox. But Cox just rolled out their 6 tuner DVR and their UI is just as good as well. My internet is just as fast and I am paying about 40 dollars less for the same packages. Cox offers everything Fios does and more.

Verizon has lost a customer for life here in Los Angeles. Switched my Cell service out as well. Unconscioable they got a deal done for the Longhorn Network that is just for the Unviersity of Texas? Screw Fios.
