PIN not accepted for On-Demand Rental

I changed my PIN a few weeks ago. I saved it in a password manger so there's no question of forgetting it. When I entered it for an on-demand rental it was not accepted. I logged into my account on my laptop and successfully changed my PIN. I tried twice to use that new PIN but it was still not accpeted. **bleep** is going on? This is unacceptable performance for the exorbitant rates I'm paying for your highly overrated service. Don't expect a contract renewal when this one is up.
