Pending order stuck, not able to change my service plan

Good Morning I am a current fios customer and I am trying to configure my service plan using the mix & Match. I am unable to configure anything o the page. All of the icons appear to be frozen and is displaying a pending order on my account, it should be updated in five minutes. It has been stuck like this for over a month now. I have tried messaging via customer service agent and they were unable to help me with the issue. 

Has anyone had any luck with resolving this issue,
