This is a recuring problem over the last few months. I have reported pixel/audio break up on those channels 4 times. Rebooted the box and checked connections. A technicial came out and replaced all the equipment for Fios that brings the signal into the house and changed up a splitter. I have been told that these channels are on the same frequency. The other channels appear to work fine
If the tech changes the ont then it's either the 1550 light coming into the house or maybe the coax. Does it happen on all tvs?
