Playback error

Whenever I go to playback a movie on Fios, I get this playback error constantly on my TV.  What is the problem?  I never used to have any problems with Fios when they used fiber optics, but this streaming integration for TV is absolutely ridiculous for performance and I know for Verizon its more cost effective, but its terrible from what the service used to be.  Please fix this!

More details please. Which Fios boxes do you have? Only one box or several? How are you getting the movie: DVR, cable programming, 3rd party app? Have you tried unplugging power to the router and the Fios box, then powering them back up router first?
