Premium TV channels not working (order/activated 2 weeks ago)

I signed a new FIOS bundle 2 weeks ago with 3 months of premium channels. The customer retention rep, Karen, said that the added channels (HBO/Cinemax, etc) would be activated later that same evening. So far, the premium channels still don't work.

You shouldn't be posting your accouunt info like account number , phone numbers unless asked by a Verizon rep on forums here. They will ask you to PM the details to them.

But call FiOS and someone will sort it out for you.
