Problem Viewing Recordings on Other DVR

I have two master TV One boxes with minis connected to them that were replaced due to the previous ones not working properly after my new 5G router upgrade. I used to be able to be one DVR and see the recordings on the other DVR. Now when I try this, from either one, I get the following message: "The package on the Fios TV One does not support access from other devices. Please go to "Configure and Upgrade" and upgrade your Verizon DVR service."
I tried this, but received message: "No upgrade available. You already have the top-tier Fios TV Package". I cannot find a setting to fix this and attempts to reset the boxes does nothing.
Any ideas? I saw one post that said a technician came out, but the post is old. Just thought I would try the Community before slugging it out with Support.
Thanx!

I was sent two new masters as replacements. Prior to that, I could be on one master, go to DVR, select the other master and view recordings that the other master made, and vice versa. This does not work anymore. Now I can only see the recordings of the master I am looking at either through the master itself or its attached minis. Thanx!
Call the billing department, explain the situation and have them re-authorize your account and the two VMS units.

I'm a bit confused about the current STB setup.
A 4100 VMS supports 4 mini (expansion) STBs.
Are there more than five televisions in the household that would necessitate the second VMS?
Are both VMSs properly assigned to the same Fios account?

Greetings, In re-reading your response I am wondering now if they missed assigning the account correctly on the swap. Food for thought.
