Problems with Media Manager

Everytime I try so run Media Manager it immediately pops up an error message then shuts down...I have installed the program and reinstalled it but I still get the error message. In the beginning, I was able to use this program with no problems, now..Crash..Can someone send me in the rite direction to resolve this problem Please...Thx for any input.

After you reinstall Media Manager application did you put back all the files that was stored in it before because it may be a corrupted file.  Do you remember which files you had in the Media Manager app when it worked can you try with those same files and see if it works again.

I have the exact same problem - Media Manager will start, it will start scanning for media, then it closes. The whole startup/shutdown happens in a few seconds.

Verizon tech support could not help, said to check out the forums or wait until the next Revision of Media Manager.

Were you able to reslove this problem? How?
