For the last two weeks the Program Guide and Program Info at the bottom of each channel have been missing, with the message that the info is NOT AVAILABLE. Each time this has happened the Guide and Program Info become available after I reboot the settop box. Is there any reason for this? I know at times the info and guide have to be updated--but probably not once a week. I have tried just waiting, but it doesn't come on without the STB reboot. This only happens on our 2 HD STBS. The other two that are not HD STBS don't have this problem. By the way the two HD STBS are different models. This has just started happening.

Suggest you perform the autocorrection process on the STB menu. It might correct the issue.

I did the STB reboot and got the info this morning. Just a few minutes ago I noticed it was missing again, but then a few minutes later it came back on by itself on one TV. I am going to do a STB reboot on the other,as that always works, but I want to know why this is happening so much now,as it never did this before.

Just wanted to add they we are having the same problem. Resetting the stb boxes did the trick... But, unfortunately,
this morning the same issue was back. Sure don't feel like having to 'reset' the STB on two sets every day. Is Verizon
working on this issue at all?

Try this if you don't get guide. Press guide. then press again, it will say" wait a minute," guide comes up. This works for me and is quicker than rebooting.

Problem set top box is Motorola HD QIP71002. Might help to see if it is just this model with the problem!
