Purchased movies not showing up as Ultraviolet and not in UV Library

Hello,
I've seen cases where users who will no longer be using the verizon hardware, but will remain a customer and still have access to purchased movies through UV library and VUDU. Unfortunately, about 1/2 of my movies do not have the UV tag on them and do not show up in the UV library.
I am the primary user on both fios and UV accounts.
It appears to be a bug where Verizon needs to make all the versions available to the list.
