Quantum STB series' not visible from web programming interface

Newly programmed series are not seen on the web based series manager interface. 

Older deleted program series still show up on the web based series manager interface.

Refreshing the interface does not show any changes to this behavior.

I see the smae thing.
Yet it works fine from my phone app.
