Received my new set top box and it requires a 'double click' of OK on the remote.

Just set up my new set top box and it will not respond to the ok button on the remote unless I purchased it twice in a row. It's like there's a setting on the box that requires double tapping the ok button to do anything. Every other button works as normal. Anyone have a solution?

Try re-pairing the remote with the box:
If your Fios TV Voice Remote stops working and you’ve already checked the batteries and made sure you’re using the correct Fios TV Voice Remote for that TV, or if you received a brand new Fios TV Voice Remote in the mail, you may need to pair the new Fios TV Voice Remote. Simply point the Fios TV Voice Remote towards the Fios TV One that you wish to pair it with, press and hold the play/pause and ‘0’ button on the Fios TV Voice Remote until it flashes blue, and it should pair itself automatically. Your Fios TV Voice Remote will now control the interface of your Fios TV Box.
Please note: Just remember that only one Fios TV Voice Remote at a time can be paired with any single Fios TV One.
