Receiving no signal since 9:15

I currently have a CableCARD connected into my Tivo and it has been not able to receive a signal for over an hour now. I tried restarting my Tivo multiple times and tried the online Verizon help (which said there was nothing wrong with my service). I called the number listed in the support system but was disconnected because there was no answer. Does Verizon not offer 24/7 support for their services? Is there anything else I can try?
