Try unplugging power for at least 3 minutes, then plug it back in. Also the model of box would be helpful.
I have the same issue. Tech support rebooted the system and the dvr is stil stuck. It also shows that one episode of a recorded show is still recording and it will not let me delete that or stop the "recording" (it is not actually recording -- the program was scheduled weeks ago) We have a main box in the garage and two mini boxes. I do not know the model of the main box,. The mini box does not seem to have a model number on it. It has a sku though: F3544k49203
