Final resolution: No resolution. Spoke with Andrew {edited for privacy} and was told he was the floor manager, there was no one higher than him, Customer Service Retention is not available on Sundays, his boss is not available and he can't give out that information. Was forced to upgrade my package, was promised the ability to go back down after football season despite being told earlier the package was discontinued. They upgraded my account, added Red Zone at the early bird pricing, and then offered a ten dollar one-time credit. Call time: 3 hours, 18 minutes. Unacceptable.
