I called Verizon and 5 times got disconnected due to heavy call volume. At least that is what I assume.
I activated the redzone and now it is saying my order cannot be completed. I have had it for 2 years and never had this issue. The one time I did get through to VZ the recording said my order could not be completed because the appointment was not scheduled! THERE IS NO APPOINTMENT! I am activating the same RedZone that is part of my package.
Any help?

HONESTLY AT THIS POINT I FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF FIRST I ORDER THE ULTIMATE PACKAGE AND TOOK THEM A WEEK FOR MY NEW NUMBER SO PEOPLE COULDN'T CONTACT ME!!! THAN AND STILL I WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE INTERNET SPEED OF 75 MPS YET I BARELY REACH 25 AND THEY HAVE BEEN TELLING ME FOR OVER A MONTH "THEY WILL RESOLVE ISSUE" AND NOW TODAY I COULDN'T WAIT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY NFL REDZONE AND YET TO BE SADLY DISAPPOINTED BY FIOS AGAIN!!!! SINCE IVE TRULY GOT YOUR SERVICE ITS BEEN NOTHING BUT A "LET DOWN" NOT TO MENTION A PREVIOUS ACCOUNT I HAD I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY 250$ SECURITY DEPOSIT...HONESTLY IM 3 SECONDS AWAY FROM PAYING THE CANCELLATION FEE AND GO BACK TO COMCAST THEY MIGHT NOT BE THE BEST, BUT HONEST AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Redzone just started working for me was down all day up until right now. up at 3:00pm or so. (MOCO - DC suburbs)

Same thing happened to me!! I finally got through after 1 hr on hold. They said Red Zone was down and they were working on it. What a day to be down!

The issues aren't just with Verizon, other cable providers are having the same issue. We have fios, had a pop up yesterday to activate the Red Zone channel as part of our package and I did that, ours is working with no problem. My guess is there are too many people trying to hit the NFL Redzone systems at once from multiple cable providers. It's included in our cable package as well, but still had to activate it.
