My Verizon/Fios Remote control does not work anymore, how dow I go about getting a new one?

I'm not exactly sure but you could try the "live chat" service offered. Using that just about an hour ago I will be getting a new STB to replace my defective one
Use the Verizon Home Agent and tell them that the remote is broken. They will send you a new one.
www.verizon.com/connect download the in home agent. and after it's installed, open it and click on a picture of the tv, and then a picture of the remote, and you will see a little link that says order replacement remote.
