My voice control remote no longer will change the volume and the input button doesn't work all other buttons work. Just stopped working today. Reset and reprogrammed the remote, no luck manually tried to reset by pressing the ok button. Still nothing.

Try pulling the batteries on the remote for at least 5 minutes then wipe out and re-program it again.
