Roku TV won't acknowledge new Verizon cable box

My Roku TV does not recognize the new Verizon cable box. Any ideas?

Are you hooking up the Fios box via HDMI cable? If so try a different cable first. Unhook the old cable, unplug power to both the Fios box and the TV. Power them back up, then use the new cable to go to the TV and cable box. Make sure the input on the TV is set to enhanced color or wide-color, which ever your TV allows.
