Ever since I changed routers I cannot connect with my roku.

This dumb auto website won't let me talk to anyone to fix my problem because they are all overseas.

I get the same old"contact the router manufacture". Funny thing about Verizon "help" they won't let me sign in to my account telling me it's the wrong password but I get into my email everyday and **bleep** sure get a bill every month.

Is this another deal like the DVR that you have to use theirs or the recorder won't work? Who would know since I can't talk to anyone.

I dumped Verizon phone because they gave me a"hot" number and the robo calls started 2 hours after I signed up (signing up for do not call was a waste of time) It won't be long before I dump their internet and tv. The service is terrible. Oh and they raised my monthly rate $30.00 overnite and tried to tell me I was notified(I wasn't) When I told them they could have the whole mess back as soon as I went home and disconnected it...their respose was to only raise it $10.00---big difference!

No one will call or email me to try and fix anything so why should I keep Verizon? The people that work there should realize without customers they have no job.

Couple of comments:

1) Have you tried calling support for your account access issue?

2) Can't expect Verizon to support connections of other vendors equipment. I have a Roku and have no problems.

3) Not sure what you mean about DVR issue. Lots of people use TIVOs with no issues.

Are you using a Verizon router or your own? It sure sounds like you are using your own.

If you are using your own they will not give you support for something that is not theirs. How can they when they know nothing about the device?

Have you tried factory restting the router?

If it's a Verizon router, again have you tried factory resetting it? I've always been connected to someone in the U.S. anytime I've called for anything so I find it odd you are getting connected overseas. Chat that's a different story.

What Roku model do you have? If it has an ethernet port have you tried hard wiring it?

Have you tried factory resetting the Roku and tried setting it up again?
