Hello,

This is my third router(new gigabyte white tower) from Verizon and still can't connect to the TV.

TV failed to connect to internet with below error.

IP auto setting failed. Try the following to set up IP automatically, or set up the IP manually by selecting "IP Setings".

Ensure that DHCP server is enabled on the wireless network, and then unplug and re-plug the wireless network.

Contact your Internet Service Provider for more information

Thank you

Can all your other devices connect without issue to your new router? If so there is a problem with the TV, not the router or network. Go through the TV's connection procedure carefully and see if that takes care of the problem. Also see if the TV will connect to a 5ghz network, as the router may not be creating a 2.4ghz network. Did you try removing all the old connection info from the TV or perform a reset on the TV?
