Our tv service has been shut off even though payment was made. The billing page shows that we must make a payment, which was made 3 weeks ago. Now when we go to watch the super bowl we cannot. Make a refund immediately of the last month of service please. We never wanted tv in the first place but were forced into it by unending marketing changes. Now on one of the only days we would watch something, no service due to billing error verizon end
