Two problems -- first a recent update removed the ability to search by genre (category), although the help screens still say you can. So, i can no longer find all the Sci-Fi programs on tonight. For this I bought a tablet computer and use an online search service. Very annoying to pay so much for top-notch service and not get it.
second -- Search cannot find programs that are in the guide. For instance, "The Leftovers". Search for "leftover" and it finds nothing, even though I can find the program by paging manually through the guide.
(and puleez, this is not a 'reset the stb' issue)
