Settop box is dead

My settop box has died. It has been crashing and/or requiring reboot for several days now. After last attempt at reboot it is now unresponsive - no lights on front. Completely dead. How do I get a replacement? On the support line cannot get past the initial "analyze network connectivity". Has been stuck on 99% for the last half hour.
