Some HD On-demand programming available at the same time as SD programming

When I attempt to watch some HD on demand series, sometimes the HD episode is not available. For example, I am currently watching S2 Ep 8 of The on Showtime, and it's only currently available in SD. sometimes it takes a day of 2 for the HD version to be available.

They have to be loaded individually, but should be available pretty close together. Is your show still not loaded for HD? What is the name of the show?
