The current set of south asian channels offered by Fios is not very attractive- in terms of the number of channels and also the price. There are multiple competitors, even small companies who are offering better selection, multiple channels covering entertainment, news, sports and regional language channels, at a competitive price.
I wonder why a large company like Verizon (fios) can not get better prices from the content providers for these channels and offer them at a competitive price to the growing number of viewres of these channels.
