Ordered 187 UFC by mistake on website, set for 5/24, I was looking for the live event on 5/23
I'm 43 minutes waiting in the line to speak with a human being. Since I gave up watching with FIOS, went with youtube live. I need to cancel this order. I won't pay for this since I will not watch

Note sure when you were calling. But 43 minutes to talk to someone is unsusal. Most often happens if you seleect something like billing department when its not Business hours. Some departments such as that do not have 24/7 coverage.
