Hello All,
I've seen quite a few threads and posts floating around suggesting various channels/programs you would like to see on FiOS TV. In an effort to consolidate the information, I have decided to create this single thread about the subject. Feel free to reply to it with your suggestion(s) on what you would like to see on FiOS TV.
Please note: I make no promises as to whether or not you will see these channels/programs on FiOS TV. Though I do know that the right people here at Verizon are looking at this thread for your feedback and advice on the matter.
Regards,

After reading through the thread I would agree with many of the suggestions, but Sky News definitely got my attention. It would definitely be a good news alternative and a great companion to the BBC news channel we now get. And when it's available HD please.
Good catch simarlow, kudos to you (yes, that was me) 😉

Everytime I read BBC I keep thinking about Austin Powers when he sings, "Do the BBC! BBC Once! BBC Twice!"
LOL
Thank you for all the feedback folks.

Here on Long Island, I'm glad to see you've added Telemundo's channel 47 in HD, as well as New Jersey Network HD, both of which can be received Over-The-Air with a good antenna. But I'd also like to see FiOS add 2 other channels we can get OTA: New York City's ION affiliate, WPXN 31.1 in HD, as well as Connecticut Public Broadcasting's WEDW, Channel 49, in HD.
As for national networks, I wish FiOS would add BBC America HD, Turner Classic Movies HD, Starz West HD and the reluctant Rainbow networks AMC HD, IFC HD and (if it's even offered in HD) Sundance HD.

I would love to see IFC Festival Direct (an on-demand channel) and
MSNBC added to the line-up.
I'd also love to have the choice of NOT taking all the sports channels, and having a reduced-cost package option as a result.
Thanks for listening!

I definitely agree with a reduced cost package that does not have all the "many" sports channels. Not everyone is an avid sports fan and it seems like such a waste to have these channels when seldom if ever used.
Additionally PBS WHRO is on the line up. Wi

th Cox I was also getting PBS WUND which had some great shows and was really disappointed not to see it on the line up. And finally MSNBC. Why has this news station been excluded?

IFC is part of the movie package. You need to subscribe to that to get it. channel 394
MSNBC is channel 103. Unless you live in Northern NJ or New York. If you live there, then Verizon is not allowed to carry MSNBC. They are trying but cable vision has an exclusive monopoly in those areas.

I don't remember if I ever posted here especially since I see the same thread twice.
I want to add E! HD, BBCA HD, and G4 HD.
Well that and more channels available in unencrypted clearqam or at least some way to decrypt channels at the ONT or router.
