After an hour and 3 chats, I realized that there is no longer a feature which allows you to program the DVR remotely. This is particularly rude because there is no support available so the only option is to hop through 150 screens trying to sell stuff without any kind of service at all
This is a dealbreaker for me. If this functionality didn't exist previously I would have never subscribed to Fios TV. Now you have taken it away. If it doesn't return soon I will be canceling my account.
