I have tried to watch a movie on TCM watch, and Verizon is saying that I am not subscribed.  I have tried multiple times to verify that I am a Verizon customer without success.  I have tried on-line assistance, as well as calling customer service.  I have been on hold for an hour with customer service.  Why as a paying customer am I being treated like this?  This is unacceptable!

Were you able to see TCM in the past ?

If not is TCM part of your "TV package?"

If you log into your verizon account, you should be abe to see what channels your package includes.
That will tell you if you should have access to TCM.
