I'm a HUGE NBA fan. They installed a new router in my home 2 weeks ago and since then, TNT doesn't work. The on-screen fix that reboots the system does nothing. When I call in, I get the computer-text thing that only redoes what I already did. So I'm paying just south of $300 and can't get a channel. This never happened with the old router.

Did you try powercycling the router and the VMS box? Did you try this:
Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Fix Fios TV Issues
Does it do it on all the boxes in the house?
Can you stream it on the Fios app?
