TV Channel stuck an hour behind

I had been experiencing problems watching CBS where the box thought it was “live” but it was actually an hour or so behind… nothing i did changed it and no suggestions i’d seen fixed the problem.
But after pulling my hair out, i clicked around for a while and found a fix that worked for me.
For anyone still experiencing this, i fixed it by turning on my main box and going to:
Menu > Customer Support > My Dashboard > TV Support > Fix FIOS TV issues > [select main box and follow prompts for auto correction]
It will restart the box for a few minutes, but it came back up to date… not sure if it will stay that way but i hope so! hope this helps!
