TV Equipment not showing on my account

all of a sudden  none of my mini's will connect and I can't access any of my DVR recordings (it says content unavailable error loading), when I look at my account under Device Management it says no devices are connected.  What is happening?  I called tech support and they were totally useless, had  no answers.

Call billing and have them re-authorize your account.
