TV glitching-stuttering last two weeks all channels all tv's HELP!

Reading the boards this seems to be commonplace at the moment but this make viewing the Olympics and TV in general unwatchable. I have rebooted the boxes - tried in-home agent to no avail. Does someone have an answer or can Verizon reach out to me for resolution.

If it is impacting all TVs, then it may be a bad connection upstream from the splitter or a bad splitter itself. Suggest you check the connections and the splitter.
