I don't understand how a TV can be incompatible with a Fios box. They use the standardized HDMI ports to communicate, there should be no problem. If the TV is turning off at exactly the same time each night you must have a timer on somewhere. Or there is a firmware update that is being pushed and in the Fios settings it is set to update at 1:15 AM. The only other thing is if there is no activity to the Fios box for a long period of time , it will shut down and turn off the TV with it. You could disable CEC on the TV, then the Fios box would not be able to turn the TV off.

I think that if the television was not compatible, it wouldn't work at all. Curious, if the television is already turned off before 1:15 AM, does it properly turn on later on in the morning? 🤔
