TV periodically stops working for 30 minutes then starts up again.

I am a new customer and I have 3 STB's. While watching TV my STB brings up a screen saying "connecting" for upwards of 30 minutes and this happens multiple times a day. I cant get past the automated system to talk to an actual person and the prompts dont cover my problem. Is this issue solveable by resetting the boxes? As it effects all the boxes, is it a connection problem that I need a tech for?

In addition to previous questions, does it happen on all 3?

If only 1, try swapping it around to see if problem follows the stb or connection.

Check all coax connections to ensure they are tight.
