Could someone please tell why after I spent hours upon hours last night troubleshooting my services from my phone that when I got up this morning to try again I got please speak to someone in chat or over the phone. I did that and go figure when they tested the line again, there is a problem Oh, but we cant have a technician come out until Monday. So five days without services? Are you crazy? I can't take time off from work on Mondays so it will be longer. Good time to reflect on whether I can do without cable I suppose. Anyone know if I could run an amazon fire stick from a hotspot on my phone?
