The Daily Show with John Stewart has just been taken off the FIOS/Comedy Central programming! Are you kidding me? This is an award-winning news commentary show...in an election year!! Either there's a contract negotiation going on or some right-wing "decider-in-chief" has lost his mind. I purchase the FIOS package I have, based on the shows I watch regularly. This is one of them. Do I get a rebate or do I need to look for another carrier? I'm smokin' over this one.

Before you get so mad, you ought to check out The Daily Show website.
If you'll check
http://www.thedailyshow.com/
and
you'll see that Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert (The Colbert Report) are off on vacation.
They (and their shows) have taken vacations before at the same time in the past.
Per both websites, new episodes return, Tuesday, June 5th.

WOW, just wow!!!!!!!!!!!! You are actually blaming Verizon for something Comedy Central has done. Unbelievable!!!!
Suggestion, next time do a little more research next time before you pop off.

They are on vacation for 3 weeks. If you were a regular viewer, you would know that they only talked about in on air for about a week or so. Jeeeez.
They usually don't show that many weeks of repeats with Stewart & Colbert, because of the 'timeliness' of the shows.
And, forbid, if they actually were cancelled, why would you complain in this forum???
