Hi.
I've been trying to link my Verizon Fios account to the NBC Sports app for the past several hours, so I may watch the Olympics starting tomorrow.
I am able to login to my Verizon Fios account, but unable to link it to any other streaming apps, such as NBC Sports.
I've reset my password twice, at this point, and attempted the login/link process from a number of devices, but it simply will not work. The login screen within the app (essentially a browser) either freezes when "attempting to verify my account", crashes and tells me to "go back to the previous page or visit the Verizon homepage", or tells me my credentials are incorrect, forcing me to reset my password multiple times and then, though logging in properly, is no longer linking with the parent (NBC) app...
Your Support Assistant chatbot is limited to the most basic support scenarios, and callbacks from human representatives will not be available until 3 days from now.
Please advise.

You needed to call the billing department and have your account re-authorized. I'm not sure if tech support can do that. Try Verizon on X (IG) or here: Verizon Direct forum | DSLReports, ISP Information

@gcf1971 wrote:Same issue for me. It will not login with my credentials that we have saved and I know is correct and works with the FIOS app. Problem is the Phillies games don’t work on the FIOS app. Please tell us how we can get access on our mobile devices and link our FIOS accounts to the NBC sports app.

I’m having this same issue except I’m not able to authenticate on my Fire TV’s, but able to authenticate on iPad and iPhone.

Same issue for me. It will not login with my credentials that we have saved and I know is correct and works with the Fios app. Problem is the Phillies games don’t work on the Fios app. Please tell us how we can get access on our mobile devices and link our Fios accounts to the NBC sports app.
