Upgrade of equipment produces strange issues

We have just had our old contract come to an end, and with the new contract they changed my equipment from

3 HR DVR's and 1 Standard box to the new HD DVR server and 3 set top boxes..

The issue we are experiancing since the upgrade is that the regular tv now on ALL tvs consistantly freezes just for a millisecond and then continues.. it's beocme really annoying..

Is anyone else expericing this or should I call tech support.. ?
