Using smartTV directly with settop box elsewhere

I now have a FIOS settop box running one TV but I want to add a new Smart TV in another room.  I know that I can connect it directly to the FIOS coax without another settop box but will it be able to receive all my subscribed channels?

Connecting the coaxial cable directly to the television will allow you to receive "free/OTA" stations. In order to receive ALL subscribed channels, an additional STB is required.
