I keep getting VOD_128 errors when I try to watch anything on demand. I rented a movie but can’t watch it because every time it freezes and shows the error. I have no idea how to fix it because I’ve reset my box and tried looking at my connection. None of that has helped. Is there anyway to fix this?

- Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Fix Fios TV Issues, follow onscreen prompts
