I’ve calles Verizon 7 times about this ongoing issue with no resolution in sight. I’ve even mentioned the suggestions on here.

why is it so difficult to solve a preprogrammed error code that should have a solution? Resetting my boxes, upping my credit to unlimited, and resetting my router is NOT the answer.
