Been having issues since end of last week. Error include program not availabe, no credits, and error 126 and 212.
After doing some research - I've pretty much gone through all the troubleshooting tips available online (reboot router, reboot STB, run diagnostics on STB, unplug cable, unplug power cord....etc). Wanted to see if anyone else in the area is seeing this (or just in general for that matter). I know I'm reading a lot of issues with regards to programming updates etc. But I'm seeing this at around 8-10pm. I was able to get a show to run the other day... but then the errors happened all over. Currently, the error is 212. Who know what it'll be tomorrow. It seems to cycle around 4-5 messages.
At this point, I think the customers deserve an explaination. Having people jump through hoops is not acceptable. This is like asking people with car trouble to unhook their batteries, remove the gas cap, put the car in neutral, and start the car. And if it does work - "you're welcome, that's all you need to do next time". If the system is that flaky, you have bigger issues.

Having the same problem in Odenton. Calling customer service takes all night just to get through the automated menus and talk to a real person who then has you go through all the trouble-shooting again. Verizon needs to address this outage issue and put out a message to customers.

I'm having the same problem in Elkridge for the past two days now. Have tried everything. Verizon really needs to sort this out.

I live in Glen Burnie. I watch VOD all the time (both free and paid).
If you are still having a problem, it may be specific to your house.
I would try to contact Tech Support.
I find it best to hit them up via twitter @verizonsupport

It has been off and on for a week.
Why am I paying for a service that I'm not getting?
The Verizon website is constantly down or painfully slow.
Comcast was so bad it had to change its name to Xfinity.
Verizon, you are headed in that direction.

I am having the same issue. I get a VOD 191 error. I have reset both boxes to no avail. I called Verizon, it worked for a while. But now it started happening again. It is extremely frustrating!!
