VOD no longer showing TV shows watched prior to new year

Hello,

Now  since New year 2013 has arrived the VOD no longer shows many of the the shows/channels I previously able to watch. Examples  CBS, The good wife, ABC Revenge--this change of menu is worse not only in format but now no longer worth the service as that was the idea behind their DVR's.  As we also cannot do do too with the secondary DVD any way What has happened and cannot help but wonder if the premium channel shows-how quickly they will show to view.  We are seriously considering removing our DVR's and switch to TIvo---  this might help
